Each year, thousands of diehard off-road enthusiasts descend upon Moab, Utah, for the Easter Jeep Safari and a week of fun on some of the country’s best and most rugged trails. Jeep® and Mopar are marking the occasion by returning to the annual event – which takes place April 16-24 – with six new customised vehicles.

Jeep has enjoyed a recent string of success with the launch of its special-edition Wrangler models. The brand's cornerstone has a faithful following, and now a new special model set to tempt devotees. Called the Mojave, this denizen of the desert comes on the heels of the Islander, Mountain and Call of Duty: Black Ops variants.

The 2011 Jeep Wrangler Mojave is inspired by its namesake (the Mojave Trail), and like all other models of this SUV, it's built for looking good on the street while able to hold its own when the road disappears.

Wrangler Becomes Autobot in Transformers 3

This news has nothing to do with Wrangler Production or future Wrangler changes. Its just a fun bit of news I found. Looks like there will be a new off road beast in Michael Bay's big budget Transformers 3.

You trade in two "racist" autobots and get a jacked up red jeep for TRANSFORMERS 3.

Chrysler overtakes Ford as Canada's No. 1 truckmaker

Chrysler has managed to steal the title of number-one light-truck seller in Canada from Ford in the first half of 2011. Our neighbors to the north have seen an improvement in the construction industry, according to Bloomberg, which has helped fuel the country's light-truck market.

Deliveries in that segment have grown at twice the rate of the rest of the Canadian auto industry, and Chrysler led that charge last month for the first time in 2011.

Jeep announces new Wrangler Unlimited Pickup... in kit form

Chrysler has finally released a few more details on its Mopar Jeep JK-8 pickup conversion. Wrangler Unlimited owners can purchase the kit for a $5,499, though installation by the dealer will set you back additional coin.
